There is something truly elegant about an object that combines rough and refined elements. The bronze beads we make in the studio are very basic shapes that have an irregularity characteristic of things that are made one at a time. Bolo black cord is both an object and a piece of jewelry. It's about scale and simplicity, refined cord with imperfect beads - an old idea done in a new way. It's one of my favorite pieces in the collection this season.
