Refund policy

Julie Cohn Design will accept items for exchange or credit within 21 days of receipt. Item must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a credit by email. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Email juliecohndesign.com with the invoice number, item to be returned and reason for return, and your email address and phone number.

If you have selected another item for exchange, please list the item and your credit card number.
Julie Cohn Design will issue a return authorization number.
Once item is received, Julie Cohn Design will process the exchange or credit.
Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.
For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Julie Cohn Design is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
