FREE SHIPPING AND RETURNS IN THE CONTINENTAL USA.
WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. Email us through the website with your address for a shipping quote.
All Julie Cohn Designs are made to order. Most designs are available to ship in approximately 2-4 weeks. If you need your purchase sooner please contact us by phone or email.
We will accept items for exchange or refund within 21 days of receipt.
Item must be returned in new and re-saleable condition.
Sale items are non-returnable.
Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund notice by email.
Email to email@example.com with PO number, the item to be returned and the reason for return. Include your email, mailing address and daytime phone number.
A Return Authorization MUST be obtained by phone or email BEFORE returning any items.
We will email a U.S. Postal Service return label. Apply this label to your package return and send it through the U.S. Postal Service.
Once the item is received we will process the exchange or refund.
Pack the return item in a protected and secure manner. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
CARE OF PRODUCT
Store your jewelry in a dry place away from water and moisture. Do not clean with any chemicals. We recommend using a clean cloth to restore luster.
We will repair any design purchased through Julie Cohn Design free of charge for the life of the product.
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information and product updates. If you would prefer not to receive these you may opt out via an online form, or by contacting us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with "REMOVE" as the subject header.
